By Alexia Clark Core Super Set! Top exercise I'm using a 15lb dumbbell. You can use a plate if you want. Make sure you aren't leaning into your opposite hip. Keep your hips parallel to the ground and core tight! Bottom exercise alternating bench V-ups. Keep your legs as straight as possible! Do 4 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds straight with a 20 second rest between. Alexia Clark
