Hey guys! Back with a morning idea recipe video giving you 3 recipes to try out. I incorporated some incredible inSpiral superfoods and superfood blends into all of these ideas.
AMARANTH PORRIDGE RECIPE:

//INCA BERRY & SWEET POTATO AMARANTH (serves 2)\
1 cup amaranth
2 ¼ – 2 ½ cups water (too cook amaranth)
15 inSpiral inca berries (soaking is optional)
1 cup cooked sweet potato (approx 1 large sweet potato)
200ml full fat coconut milk
2/3 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
60ml maple syrup
Soak inca berries overnight or for at least 3 hours.
Pierce sweet potato and place in a hot oven (220C / 430F) for 50 minutes or until soft.
Add amaranth to a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, decrease heat to low, cover saucepan and simmer for 20-25 minutes, making sure you stir often to avoid scorching the bottom. Once amaranth is cooked set aside.
Remove sweet potato from oven once cooked. Scoop out the sweet potato flesh and add to a blender followed by the coconut milk, soaked inca berries, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Blend until smooth. Add to the saucepan of cooked amaranth and gently heat mixing the sweet potato puree in. Heat and serve in serving bowls.

¾ cup frozen berries
¾ cup nut milk or water
2-3 pitted medjool dates
15g inSpiral freeze dried strawberries
1 tsp. inSpiral green mix
small handful spinach
¼ avocado (optional for extra thickness)
Place all ingredients in a high speed blended. Blend until smooth. Place in a bowl and top with desired toppings.

4 stalks celery
1 x head lettuce (I used romaine)
60g or large handful parsley
3cm piece ginger
1 tsp. inSpiral detox mix
Juice all ingredients (in order as listed). Mix in the inSpiral detox mix blend. Drink and enjoy!
