1 cup almond milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 a frozen banana
1 scoop Precision’s I-PLX in French Vanilla Creme
1 handful spinach
dash cinnamon
2 ice cubes

Chocolate Mint Cheesecake Brownie

Brownie Ingredients:
1 B-UP Bar in Chocolate Mint
1 scoop Precision’s Casein Protein in Chocolate
1 & 1/2 tbsp oat flour
1/2 tsp organic baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa
3/4 cup almond milk

Cheesecake Ingredients:
1/4 light cream cheese
1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
2 tbsp almond milk
green food colouring (optional)
MACROS (per brownie): 64.8 cals / 6.5 C / 1.9 F / 6.9 P
