My Keto Thanksgiving Classic Stuffing Recipe is here for you! Whether you are eating keto, gluten free, or low carb this Thanksgiving, I’m hoping this recipe will make it so you don’t feel left out!

Flaxseed Foccaccia |

My Stuffing Recipe:
1/2 batch focaccia bread recipe
2 tbsp butter
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp ground sage
2 tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 egg

Saute celery, onion, and fresh parsley in butter. Add spices and cook til veggies are tender. Remove from heat and add in cubed focaccia bread. Whisk chicken stock and egg, then add to stuffing mixture. Stir well and let soak in – cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, uncover and bake for 30 more minutes (or broil for crispy top)
