Brown Rice 1 Cup (Soaked for 2 Hours)
Nutmeg & Mace Powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Garam Masala:
1 Bay Leaves
1 Green cardamom
2 Cloves
4 Black pepper
1 Black cardamom
1 Star anise
Cumin 1/2 tsp

Carrot 1 Medium (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 Medium (Chopped)
Green Onion 1 Medium (Chopped)
Onion 1/2 Small (Chopped)
Cabbage 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Olive Oil 1 tbsp


Step 1: Take a pot and add olive oil and add onion and fry it for desire color and add Garam Masala (All Spices) and fry it slightly after that add some water and mix it and add ginger garlic paste and mix it and add Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, Green Onion and mix it and add 1 Glass Water and cover it and Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step 2: After that Add Salt, Nutmeg & Mace Powder, and add Brown Rice (Soaked) and add 2 Cups Water and cover it and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame (or cook until water dried)

Step 3: After that open the pot cover and mix it and further cook it for 20 minutes on low flame. After that Your Low-fat Vegetable Rice is ready.
