1 large cup of Oats
1 cup of fresh curd (dahi)
1.5 inch grated Ginger (adrak)
1 green chilli (hari mirch)
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (laal mirch)
1/2 tsp Coriander powder (dhaniya)
3/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder (jeera)
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder (Kali mirch)
Salt (according to taste) (Namak)
Any oil for brushing the pan
