The crunch from slightly cooked vegetables and cucumber, tang from tomatoes and lemon juice makes this a delicious lunch recipe for weight loss. Ingredients to make healthy vegetables Sprouts salad for weight loss :-

1 chopped onion 1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp olive oil Some curry Leaves
1 chopped Carrot 1/3 cup chopped beans
Some fresh Corns Some chopped spinach
1 chopped tomato Salt to taste
1 tsp Cumin powder Chilli powder as required
1 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 cup Moong Dal sprouts 8-10 Almonds
1/2 cup chopped Cucumber 1 tsp flax seeds powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp mint powder

Method to make healthy sprout salad to lose weight :-

In a pan heat 1 tsp of olive all, add Cumin seeds once the seeds starts to crackle add onions.
When onion starts to turn brown add all the veggies one by one starting with beans carrots, Corns and than spinach. Sautée them for few minutes.
Add all the spices Don’t overcook the veggies the crunch form the vegetables should remain intact.
Now add Moong Dal sprouts and tomatoes mix everything and switch off the flames. Add chopped almonds of top after you have turned off the heat.

Transfer the vegetables and Sprouts mixture in a bowl and let it Cool Down. Once cool, add chopped Cucumber, flax seeds powder, lemon juice and 1 tsp mint powder. Give everything a good stir.
Serve this healthy salad for lunch or dinner.

Garnish with some chopped spring onions and pomegranate seeds to make it look more appetising.
