What I Eat in a Day to Lose Weight + Meal Prep | not following any “diet”



I lost 7lbs! (Cooking starts around 2:09) But most importantly I’m just trying to slow down my overeating and learn how to eat an appropriate amount of food. If you’re looking for the cleanest, healthiest food out there though .. find another what I eat in a day hahah 🙂

My calorie range for the day is 1700, I’m 5’7 with a fairly sedentary lifestyle aka I work on a computer all day and don’t work out really at all, yet 🙂

Breakfast (2:09): Scrambled Eggs, Back Bacon

Lunch (4:21): Rice Crackers, Turkey Pepperoni, Laughing Cow, Carrots, Grapes
430 Cals

Dinner (7:05): Pataks Butter Chicken Curry with Basmasti and Cauliflower Rice
520 Cals

Snacks: Mango, Coke Zero, Reese Peanut Butter Cups
200 Cals

Total: 1450 Cals
