This video was inspired by seeing a few other fitness Youtubers make videos on lifting mistakes they made when they were younger. Its pretty crazy to look back and realize all of the stupid training mistakes I made as a kid.
The main reason I made this video is i go to the gym and still see so many insane muscle building mistakes with the way guys train. I’m assuming most young lifters are making terrible muscle building mistakes in and out of the gym.
Whether it be with nutrition, or your training regimen – its very important not to continue making the same mistake!
