best in terms of fitness. And the biggest reason for this is that the modern footballer has embraced weight training. Weight training or weight lifting isn’t only about bodybuilding & looking good. There’s a lot more that goes into the process than just that. If you’re a footballer (especially if you’re Indian), chances are that you’ve had a coach who at some point has told you that weight training will make you “stiff”. If that was the case, do you think that clubs like Real Madrid or Man Utd would let their star players into the gym? Football weight training, to be honest is a very complex, detailed topic. There is no way i can cover it all in only one video. But today is just an introductory video to soccer weight training. Open up your mind to the science of it, my brothers!
