BOXING WORKOUT ROUTINE – 30 minutes

This video shows one of my 30 minute workouts where I use weights, punching bag, double end bag, sliders and a jump rope.

Whether I am at my club in Santa Monica, the Stables, or at my weight training gym, I can always get in a 30 minute workout that includes weight training and boxing.

This workout starts with a quick seated sumo squat warm up as I am wrapping my hands, and then goes right into 4 rounds of each exercise.

The exercises are as follows:

Shadowboxing 1 minute
Plank out on sliders, bring feet back in, stand up and curl 1 minute
Punching Bag 1.5 minutes
Slider Komodos 1.5 minutes
Double end bag work 1.5 minutes
Punching bag work 1.5 minutes
Double up on jump rope 30 seconds
