Intense Burn HIIT Workout | B.A.P | toning workout
(credits at the end of the description)
Hello^ this is a quite intense workout so make sure to have a bottle of water nearby as well as a small towel to wipe off the sweat. If you’re a beginner, I wouldn’t recommend doing this workout but if you still want to try it then make sure to modify. Rest whenever you need to and don’t overdo it.
* the amount of calories you burn during this workout depends on your age, weight and the intensity at which you workout at (the heavier you are, the more you will burn and the harder you work, the higher the calorie burn will be). This high intensity workout is a mix of cardio and toning moves that will torch calories. A person weighing 130lbs (60kg) would on average burn around 220 cal with this workout depending on how hard they push themselves, while a person weighing 190lbs (85kg) would burn approx. 280 cal. These numbers are not exact and are only meant as a guideline; the number can be higher or lower, it varies from person to person. For a more accurate number, I recommend investing in a fitness tracker that tracks your heart rate and calories burned.
