Killer Tabata Workout
Perform each exercise using the Tabata protocol, which is 20 seconds of work (as fast as you can) followed by a short 10-second rest for 8 full rounds. This equals 4 minutes. You will rest for 2 minutes and repeat the same for the other exercises.
The full workout should take you under 24 minutes!
Burpees (8 rounds of Tabata)
Rowing Machine (8 rounds of Tabata)
Assault Bike/Airdyne Bike (8 rounds of Tabata)
NOTE: you can substitute other cardio fitness machines like the treadmill if you like. Tabata workout will leave you in a puddle of sweat.
