Legs and Glutes “TORTURE” Workout | Kettlebell HIIT WORKOUT
This 25 minute Kettlebell-HIIT workout is made up of 3×4 different exercises and each 4 exercise for 2 rounds. We do the exercises for 40 seconds, then we have 20 seconds rest in between. In this routine we will have 12 exercises in total.
