My fat burning gym routine can be found in our 90 day fitness and nutrition program

This is my fat burning gym workout and you will find that it’s the ultimate fitness model gym workout for fat loss. My gym routine does require some equipment but all of it is stuff you should be able to find at your gym. This fitness model gym routine is a real challenge and you will be surprised by how much of a cardio challenge it is.

This real life gym routine contains 4 exercises. To do my gym workout routine you’ll need a medicine ball, a jumprope and a lighter kettlebell. You should try all of the moves in my fat burning gym workout before attempting the entire workout. For each of the moves in my fat loss routine, you’ll do 30 seconds before moving onto the next. Try to take no rest between the exercises in this fitness model workout. If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this fitness model cardio workout. If you are more advanced you can try to do up to 20 minutes (or 10 rounds) of this fitness model cardio routine. 1) Ball Plyo Squats (30 seconds)
2) Walkout Pushups (30 seconds)
