Mah man Saitama is finally getting the love he deserves so heres a workout dedicated to the caped Baldy. WORKOUTS BELOW!!
Workout A:
10 sets each
10 pusups, 10 situps, 10 squats
then running 30 minutes

Workout B (circuit) 20 minutes repeat nonstop
10 Pushups
15 Body Squats
10 sit-ups

Workout C (Saitamas Actual workout)
100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats
Run 6 miles
