Weight lifting is very important for women. A lot of women think if they life they’ll get big and buff like men but this is not true. Weight lifting workouts help women get a sexy round butt, nice shapely legs, tight abs, and a toned upper body. Its good to do weighting at least 3x per week for about 45 minutes, idealy in a gym.
