Workout B-
You will need your dumbbells and a mat

5 rounds of 20 reverse lunges  and 10 pulse squat

4 rounds of 15 wide arm push ups, 20 plank hot hands

3 rounds of: 20 boot strappers and 10 Good Mornings

2 rounds of: 15 front raises and 15 side raises

1 round of: 50 ankle taps, and 50 pulse hip raises
